I think I'll add more to my SLV position. Looking at trends we'll be going up more, especially with the debt ceiling impasse.

Mkts de-coupled now...gold/silver up as dollar up...equity mkts ST bearish below ES 1308-10...IT bearish below 1297-98 range.

Big players banking on some form of QE III whether its raising debt ceiling or etc.

If mkts accept prices above 40 for SLV, the SLV bull is back.

I hate trading with momentum, because you can get slammed in a big way, but I just got an overweight position in AGQ at $220. Hopefully I can surf this wave a little while and bail before it crashes...

careful man...i dont like to buy on big up days...use a stop...SLV above 40 and we will be good.

Yeah I don't either. Would prefer to wait it out and buy on a pullback, but I don't see one happening until a debt deal is announced. Although if it hits 223 again today I'll sell it. I've learned to not be greedy and enjoy 2% gains if they can be had quickly.

Caution metal players...money flow into gold has been abit weak over past 3 wks despite price surge...money flow into silver abit weak when compared to price action over past 1 week...some caution is needed.

I am looking for SLV to get to 42ish level but at that level might have to peel some off due to risk....3-4 wks ago I saw money flowing into metals when prices were tanking...opposite now...still think SLV will run abit higher but some divergences shwoing up now.

As I said yesterday, big money was coming out of silver/gold while actual prices going up...something smelled abit odd in silver yesterday...new metal players MUST use stops...if you have been for awhile, have stops in place...dont allow yourself to get into the red.

The mkt will try to scare you out of long equity positions, but the IT trend is up above 1307!...see you soon near 1340-50!...
