Shim, you're wrong - there are spiders that live in the rain forest that actually eat SMALL BIRDS. Look it up - the world of spiders is a huge one. There are spiders that actually ensnare their prey.

EDIT: here we go: the goliath bird-eating spider: http://www.extremescience.com/BiggestSpider.htm

What would you do if you saw that in the house, Bella?

Yah - spiders suck esp if they eat birds.

Pictures are from the Southern100, a much smaller event held in the south of the Isle of Man in July. Runs over three evenings and one day on a five mile road course. You get a lot more amateur racers, but the top road racers also turn out as it forms part of the Duke Road Race Rankings.

Of course, while you're over there you just have to drive the TT course and experience the mountain road... that has NO speed limit .

Actually about 2 months ago, i was opening the garage door to put my car in, and this HUGE spider was hanging on the edge next to my head (im talkin HUGE). So i freaked out, and the spider fell. I swear to GOD it was staring me down. So i went into a panic trying to find the bug spray (this was def not the kind u step on.. just the "crunch" noise would have sent me into convulsions). So i couldnt find any spray, so i busted out the 409 ahhaa, the sucker didnt die. So i grabbed leather cleaner, STILL didnt die. Then i grabbed tilex, STILL didnt die. Infact, it ran after me. So my neighbor was across the street, and i yelled "DAVE! a spider, a spider!". And he thought i said "a fire, a fire!". So he ran over to my house in a panic, and hes like show me the fire, im like no.. thats the spider!.. hahaha he still makes fun of me.. (but hey even he got a little freaked at the sight of it)

I once got a spider thrown at me as a joke.. (long story hahah), and i freaked out so bad that i started crying, shaking, hyperventilating that the person actually had to try and calm me down, the look on his face was just as bad as the look on mine when i saw the spider crawling on my lap

I noticed I had dragonflies hovering over my pool, so I set up a tripod and waited. I ended up taking that shot when he was level with my wood fence and I just darkened the background a bit.

Here is another action shot:

That is AWESOME! You've got to be pretty patient for that, I'd imagine. But it definitely pays off!
