Congrats.... you should definitely make it to the event. Should be a lot of fun, and Dayton's pretty close.

Chewy? When do you plan on coming into town? Will you make it to D&B's Fri night? I think you are the only E90 parking in the grass so far.....

Hey man... I'm thinking about Saturday morning, but I haven't worked out the details yet. It would be nice to come down for the Friday night event, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it or not.

If I come end up coming Saturday morning, when should I arrive by? I'll talk to my gf this weekend and the other guys coming down from the Cleveland area and will let you know.

Cool! Thanks for putting me in the grass... guess I should get my car washed at some point this next week then?

I don't remember, but did you guys post whatever template we're using at the event to describe our cars? I'd like to see the sweet mods other people are doing.

Well, look like I'll be coming down early Saturday morning Tim... what time do you want me to be there by?

I'll be doing a morning Sugardaddy's run before I come in... so if anyone wants me to pick up something for them, let me know. For those of you who have no idea what the hell I'm talking about... well, Sugardaddy's is the best brownie shop period. It has won many national awards, won some competitions on Food TV, etc. The best part is that it's just down the street from the meet!

Finally, is anyone from the NE Ohio area driving down Saturday morning? Maybe we can caravan?

Condensed agenda:

Thursday May 20th: The TX, CA, and some of the NY crew arrives. Dinner in the evening (6-7pm?), late night shananigans afterwards.

Friday May 21st 8am: Dropping off a few cars at the detailer then a group of us are going to bop around town for lunch and other activities. We will end up back at my house at some point. (2-3pm?) Anyone is welcome to wash their car at my place instead of using a local car wash. If anyone wants to join us, please contact me via my info at the bottom.

Friday May 21st 7pm: Dinner at Dave and Buster's. Depending on who is interested, late night shananigans may follow.

Dave and Buster's
3665 Park Mill Run Drive
Hilliard, OH 43026
(614) 771-1515

Saturday May 22nd :

I will be arriving at the venue at 8am to begin setup. Anyone is welcome to help......

Timmayfest May22nd 12-5pm
Quaker Streak and Lube
8500 Lyra Drive
Columbus, OH 43240
614-430-9464

Saturday May 22nd 6pm:

Dinner at J. Alexander's at 6pm following Timmayfest. Please contact me ASAP if you plan on attending so I can adjust the reservation.

J. Alexander's®
7550 Vantage Drive
Columbus, OH 43235

Following dinner, we plan on going to Kahoots for some late night entertainment. It is a gentleman's club so it may not be for everyone. It is a NICE club with a bar situated so the dancer's stage is not in view from the bar. So it has a regular bar atmosphere. I have free passes for everyone who wishes to attend.

Kahoots
4522 Kenny Road
Columbus, OH 43220-3711
(614) 451-7464

There is an attachment of the generic spec sheet that we will be handing out at the entrance on Saturday and Sunday over on the M5board.com Timmayfest thread. I just can't seem to get the darn thing to post up over here.

Attached is the spec sheet Tim was talking about...

Mind if I change it a little so it's easier to enter stuff in it?

Thanks! Some things I just don't have the patience to figure out....

Anyway, it was designed to be printed out and written on. If you do want to change it, please keep the same format. I don't want people to get confused and see a bunch of different sheets....

3 more days!

If you want to fill out your Vehicle Specifics Form before the event, use the attached form. It's much easier to fill out than the Word document above. Thanks for organizing this huge event Tim!

If it mother nature would have received the memo for good weather I would agree with you, but it looks like rain for Saturday.

Looks like the weather Gods have listened to us!

It appears the rain will be overnight and should start clearing out by 10am... the rest of the day is dry and partly sunny!

One more day!
