^^ When you mounted the fairing, did the clips go all the way around the aero bar? I think I have the same fairing, and the front part clips in, but the back part just sort of hangs on...

Rack went up today
'06 325xi wagon arctic metallic. (crossbars from amazon ($65), Inno board rack ($75), Thule fairing 38" ($85)) total $225, BMW wanted $210 for the crossbars alone!

Favorite place to ski/ride is at Sugarloaf in Maine

On the way to a 3-day stage race in Tuscon AZ in my previous 335. Modified rack to carry four bikes: two time trial bikes and two road bikes. OEM supports with Rocky Mount & Thule trays. That's my buddy in the pic holding the drill. Podium finish for me that weekend (2nd place)

i just retired lol trying to sell all my stuff, hopefully you know someone to buy my national bike ???? fingers crossed and yes going sideways on a bike is way more fun than going sideways in a car

here's my contribution.

oem base rack system with yakima button down aero with universal mighty mounts. Got the yakima so I could use it on my sienna as well.
