wtt or wtb: zsp, heated seats
Hi guys. I got my car without the sportpackage and didn't know what I was missing (first BMW). So I am now upgrading things one at a time. Next up are two front seats. I have grey leather, heated seats and would like to upgrade to grey (or black even) heated zsp seats. Willing to pay for 'em or trade and pay for 'em or whatever. If you have some that you are willing to part with PM me. AND if you have any ideas that would lead to getting some, I would appreciate it. THANKS! |

I looked into this too recently... you'd be lucky to find someone who wants to trade... most people who get ZSP get it mainly for the seats and steering wheel. if you try to do it through OEM, it'll cost almost 3 times as much as the package would have been (appx $2500) - got a quote from Evan@tischer last week about it. GL maybe you should try junkyards incase somebody had smashed up their car but the interior was still in good shape... grey might be a little tougher to find though. |

for example, if u have m3 interior in non m3 car, a memberA will call u a poser.....and if another memberB who is friends with memberA post pics of a 328/335 converted to a m3 body kit (Exterior), memberA will tell his friend memberB "oh SICK, it looks amazing "......he is not calling his friend a poser for having m3 exterior and calling u a poser when u have m3 interior. Another example: There are some threads on here the op is asking if he could convert his car (328/335) to an M3 body kit, and asking if the parts will fit directly?....obviously members start flaming, but when some other member post pics of his car converted to an m3 (body kit), the same member who flamed the op in the first thread will say "nice, it looks great" in the second thread cuz he know the op in the second thread. my point is, if u want to have anything put on on ur car put it, and don't care what people on here say!! and yes thats includes M3 kits and interior . i know example 1 & example 2 are kinda the same but hopefully u get my point And Please excuse me for my bad english grammer oh and sorry op

Personally I think I'll stick to the searching for regular ZSP seats though... plus i HIGHLY doubt theres gonna be many M3 seats in junkyards just yet. |

I am ordering the seats on Monday! Stoked that someone had them! I am not going w/ m3 seats or interior (although the CF leather is PIMP!!!!!) I just want to correct my mistake of not getting zsp package.
Next up are the m6 reps! Udubbadger, thanks for the hook up again!

Yeah, man. If they are in good shape then I am down, depending on price. PM with a price and pics if you can and when you expect them to be ready.

Switching out seats easy. Unplug the neg on the battery, unbolt the seat, unplug it, plug in the new seat, bolt it, plug the neg on the battery back in - simple. Already did it for my sub replacement.
