Land Rover Defender Brake issue

I drive a 2013 LRD , Yesterday the pedal went to the floor ,I then pressed again and it was OK back to normal but then smoke or steam was coming from under the bonnet by the ABS pump , It was in LRs workshop for some charge pipe recall this month and since then water has pissed in by my foot throttle pedal , I think it must be related,

Any ideas guys ? ,

The Land Rover service van said he could smell burning , the plus side I have a new RRSport courtesy car.

Is that the outcome? My dad has a 2010 defender but never had a brake issue like that.
