335i ABS, ASC and Brake Fault Code Issue

Hi Guys,

Just encountered the display of ABS, ASC and Brake fault codes issue occasionally on the dashboard in last few days when I drove my car. When I turned off the engine and re-started again, the codes disappeared. But even the codes appeared on the dashboard, I could still drive my car as usual and no abnormal responses were found (e.g. slow response during acceleration, no brake when braking).

Any idea ? Tons of thanks

I would recommend you to take it back to BMW to get it checked out.

From past experiences on other cars - popping up of error codes tends to happen with increasing frequency if you ignore it - i.e. it means something is actually wrong whether minor/major.

Don't scare me lar... Such codes not appeared on the dashboard today.

May just observe few more days before going back to BMW or having it checked by my garage.

Had the same thing happen to my car here in Australia, turned out the ABS module was faulty and BMW replaced it with a new one.
