After a Dension Gateway 500 or Gateway 500s + wiring. Anyone got one or know of someone looking to shift theirs?

Also, if someone can advise me on this.. would one need to purchase the Bluetooth module i.e. BTA 1500, even though I already have BT activated in my car which I use or will installing a Dension mean I'll need to use it's own BT module to (re)enable / (re)activate bluetooth.

Hi!

If you want to stream audio via Bluetooth then youll need the dension Bluetooth module even if the car is BMW Bluetooth eqipped. although the dension manual says different, my bmw bluetooth stayed active so its still available for calls, if you pair to it.

I have the full dension500 and bluetooth connected up -theres a handy optical connector hiding behind the glove box which plugs straight in, and there is access to the fuse box there for power and an earth.
