N52 Help- Vibration through Shift knob, shudder at 1000-1200

E86 Z4 3.0si 6M

Zpost no help, thought I would give this a shot

Vibration through shift knob on deceleration, only when car is up to operating temperature (intermittent), shudder at 1000-1200rpm in neutral with car at a stop only when warm (corresponds to finding vibration in the shifter).

When car is cold or dummy gauge indicates the Tstat is not yet open, gearshift feels like the car is off on accel and decel, and idle is shudder free. Dealer could not replicate, inspected motor mounts, nothing out of the ordinary.

Started after a cold day (-5F) decelerating after 50 mile drive, had recently changed plugs and cleaned filter and MAF. No CEL or SES.

HELP!
