Exclamation Price Check Help! Time Sensitive! 2009 CPO 328i

hey guys,

i'm currently negotiating the price on a CPO 2009 328i coupe, 39,745 miles, 6spd, black on black, premium, sport, heated seats, etc. I got them down to 27k minus $1,500 i'd be getting cash back as part of BMW's CPO event. Total would be $25,500. Out the door including financing would be $28,606. Does that seem like a good deal? Only been searching for about a month so i'm not sure if i'd be able to find a better deal. What do you guys think?

CPO event ends tomorrow so I need help ASAP!
Thanks in advance!

any thoughts guys? The only thing stopping me from pulling the trigger is the high-ish mileage. Since these cars seem to be rock solid, i figure most of the repairs would come in the back end of owning it and not within the next two years so the CPO would go to waste. Also, i'm planning on doing an active autowerks flash so the CPO would be void anyways. Is it likely that i would be able to find a similarly equipped non cpo '09+ with 25-30k miles for around the same price?

p.s.
I'm planning on keeping this car for as long as possible (7+ years or 150k miles)

CPOs are more expensive than independent dealers and private sales. Since you are voiding your warranty already, it would be pointless to get a CPO'ed car except for the fact that you will be getting the full-point inspection from BMW.

You will be saving a couple grand going independent even more if you buy from a private party. Pay separately for the PPI which will cost you a few hundred bucks at most. I would do this if I were you.

That's a decent price for a CPO, but if you look further afield, you might do better. I bought my 2009 CPO E90 328i 6MT + sport + power seats + heated seats for $23,480 + tax in late September. 38K miles. This car was located 1000 miles away from home. My wife and I redeemed some miles to fly to Alabama, and drove the car home.

thanks for all the input guys. i decided not to pull the trigger on this. The CPO just had no value to me what-so-ever since i'm planning on modding the car. Also, i just couldnt get over the high mileage. The $1,500 i was getting cash back was basically just covering the cost of CPO. When you put that into consideration, i figured i'd be able to spend the same amount on something with fewer miles and no CPO. So, i'm just gonna keep looking for a non CPO with sub 30k miles on it.
