AA BOV question...
recieved my AA bov today... inside the intake pipe there is some kind of dirt or mud caked onto the inner walls of this intake pipe... WTF is going on? I am now scarred to install this and I wonder What the hell this is on the inside... its hard to get off and it doesnt appear to be rust... its kind of gritty... idk what to do...

Hmmm... my AA BOV didn't have anything caked on the inside of it except for a little bit of lube around the o-ring. The only thing that I can think of is maybe its from when it was powdercoated? Give AA a call, they always answer their phone.
