Need a new wheel bearing, any possible upgrades?

So I just got new front brakes (rotors, pads, sensor) and the shop told me I need a new driver side wheel bearing. Does anyone recommend doing anything to improve the handling while its on the lift? I figure if I'm going to be spending the money I could upgrade something? I have an 06' 325i with sport suspension btw.
