Thinking of purchasing a 335i coupe.

Hi, I am new here. I currently own a 2006 GTO, with about 25k miles. I have fell in love with the looks of a 335i. My insurance will go down significantly, and gas mileage up. So it is more practical for my 100 mile a day commute.

I don't owe anything on the GTO, but I don't want to come out financing more than $15k in difference. I am looking for a 335 with under 20k miles, stick, sport package, and nothing else.

Do you think it is out of the question to get that combination on a 335i coupe for $36k, maybe less? I have only began looking, but I don't want to go in blind. I am only 22, so i don't have a lot of experience with buying a car either. I don't want to get in over my head.

may be a little tough to find one that lightly eqquiped, and at that price...

Why not order new,with just what you want,do a euro delivery and save enough to make it better than buying an '07 with miles.There's also special 3.9% financing going on or you could lease it as well.

irv, i hope you're around in a year - i would love to do European Deliver of a 335i sedan next summer/early fall, possibly during Oktoberfest. this forum has so much positive feedback about you, it's crazy.

my current dealer is telling me the car will be European MSRP with US MSRP options, which puts it right in line with around US invoice with US MSRP options. Why even go on the trip with this deal?
