Something nice showed up at my door this morning.

Pixs are up. I couldn't wait until the weekend. So I installed it last night. It took me about 40 minutes. You definitely need another person for the installation. The OEM hood weight about 50lbs. This cf hood is ~20lbs. Fitment is 9/10. You be the judge for the look. Overall, all screws and hooks fit nicely in their predrilled holes.

Ok here are the pixs. Either you love it or hate it!
A shot from Awesome Camera app.

Vents

I'll need to make an adjustment. As you can see, there's a little gap.

Also my cf steering wheel trim....

It was a Seibon GTR hood!!!!!

I'll install this weekend and get some pixs up. So far, the hood is amazing. Absolutely no flaws on the surface. Cf weaving, corners and edges are nicely done.

They have something similar to that Supra's hood. I don't think it's for me.

I hope so too but just had to fulfill my dream lol. I always wanted a cf hood. Some people paint the hood and leave the cf vents exposed. I'm going to leave it as is. I saw an E90 with the same hood in real life, and it looked very nice....from my perspective.

Vents were closed at factory but you can adjust the screws in the back to open them up.
