If i click on aything like identification there is nothing there.11 What did i miss or do wrong, does anyone haveany ideas. Thanks

I shut the car doen between attempts, and alkso shut the program down. I leave the car running/idling, not just the electrical on, while doing this right?

I didnt have the current .net but installed it and still same problem. Cant read vin number and commiunication error. I know that ist is a msd8o and the error mesage say that it may not be the module. I am at a loss. One little cable and i feel like a complete dumbass.
