This is a feeler as I'm expecting to place this car up for sale the beginning of April. The car is in absolute pristine condition as can be seen in the most recent photos below.

Asking price is $34K with modifications in place. Price with 10/100K warranty would be $36,500K. This is the very best warranty available for a new car purchase & covers absolutely everything as the factory warranty pertains to within the 4 yr/ 50K period.

I would like to find someone willing to purchase the car as is with all of the modifications in place as I just haven't the time to part this car out. The remaining OEM parts will be included with the purchase less the factory downpipes as well as OEM diverter valves & charge pipe. I have worked as a professional automotive detailer for the past 15 years or so & this car shows to have been exceptionally cared for. The only warranty fix the car has received or needed were the rear tail light boards replaced & most recently the transmission oil pan seal was replaced. The vehicle software as well as the Dinan software were updated to the most recent versions 01/2010.

The car is available with the 10 year/ 100K mile warranty in place. This warranty covers everything for the entire term as if the the car were still under the original factory warranty. Everything. If I were to drop the warranty then the next owner would have a cost of $3500 to reinstate the same warranty I have in place. The added cost to the purchase of the car would be $2500 to leave the extended warranty in place.

The car currently has 32K miles & has never had a single mechanical problem ..... including the HPFP everyone knows of. Meticulously maintained & cared for. It is important to note that this car has been maintained through 3 separate dealerships and has never once received any problem regarding warranty or service/maintenance work.

The car was involved in a collision January of 2009 consisting of cosmetic damage. The steering rack was replaced as per BMW repair standards as a safety precaution although there were no visible signs of damage. A picture of the damage can be found below.
