Performance BMW -- Somewhat bad experience
Several months ago, I took my car to Performance BMW to get a battery replaced and get it replaced under warranty. However, they said they saw a navigation system plugged into the cigarette lighter and blamed it for the battery failure. And they refused to replace my battery, costing me $300 to get a new battery.

Are you fvcking serious!? I would have NOT let them pull that bs on me. Clearly a 3 year old car could have a battery go dead with or without a Navi plugged in.
Dealers are ridiculous...

Question: Who was your SA?
I went in for a dsc/dba/startoff assist malfunction and they fixed and gave me a new fuel pump under recall completely free of charge. I didn't even take the tune out (seriously, a vented hood, 2 inches off the ground, no cats, stoptechs.. no one was going to believe I didnt have one anyway). I went in expecting to pay out of pocket. I was shocked in a good way.
