He likes it because it's safe (not like the car he crashed!)

Generally Nissan cars are rubbish. Never had good experience with Nissan.

Unless it is GT-R, and I wish I could have one.

the GT-R is awesome. My mate had one for a year or so, got it on pre-order when they first came to the UK.

Still remember my first time out in it. Was utterly terrifying how quickly it could cover ground!

however i do take issue with their quote "unrivaled supercar"... sorry Nissan.. its not THAT good.

Maybe in terms of looks, its not a typical exotic supercar...

but in terms of performance...reading all the reviews and I saw one "in action" on the motorway...definitely supercar performance and will probably p1ss all over some older Ferraris...!...IMO

yeah but they used the term "unrivaled"

there are various lambos that would see off a GT-R no bother, and a veyron makes the GT-R look like its still parked. So its hardly an un-rivaled supercar. Probably the best value supercar in the world for sure, probably one of the most easilly accessible and easy to drive supercars in the world. But unrivaled? i don't think so

If you're ever across on the Best Coast, i'll take you out in mine 0-100 leptons on a private road in 7 secs without launching ain't too shabby

So true. I would prefer this on M3 and that would be my choice for performance / track days.
But if it comes to daily driving, M3 would be preference.

haha i'll bear that in mind. I've been out in one quite a bit, but not since they upped the power a bit.

I would take the M3 for a track car over the GTR (it's too fast and heavy at knockhill for me when i went up...i'm not a great driver to be honest) but have the GTR as a daily driver

Mine is upped a wee bit more (injectors, exhaust, intakes, downpipes)

But there's a car up on the North East Coast pushing twice what i have!! I've yet to get a shot in it....but it's low 9's i think at Crail!

LOL - sure beats the maroon Note I always seem to get when mine goes in. They've promised something a bit better when mine goes in next week for a new roof, service and repainted panel - we'll see

To be fair, anything larger than an MX5 feels too big at Knockhill.

Very cool. There's a big difference when you're driving someone else's car
