Yeah that sounds nice. Mine is loud as fuck and sounds like a race car coming down the road. If you like it quiet don't change anything, leave it with the stock muffler.

Happy to see you finally got it down and are happy with the headers. Need to do some drive buys when you get a camera or find the gopro. Congrats.

That sounds really good. I wouldn't change anything if it was me. Your dyno won't truly reflect the gains if you deleted secondaries at the same time. Do you have a dyno with second cats gone only?

This is a temp setup. I have clamps where the secondaries go. That way when I dyno, I can put them back on and then remove them. After that I'll be headed to the exhaust shop to do the custom set up I've been wanting.

I'll be pairing my MMW Headers up with a Vanguard Exhaust system for the 335i. It's going to be sweet!! I love the sound that LTMW had on their 328i with the regular cats. It was perfect. Now I just can't imagine that sound with the catless headers. I really hope that it sounds like it does on those high powered 335i's, although I know it won't be exactly the same sound.

Same low end as before. Picks up at 3k rpm and feels great all the way to redline. If you are doing 60 and drop to 3rd it will throw you back in your seat. There is for sure a gain, but my butt dyno is never accurate.

Youll have to remove the commas. It embeds the video when you paste a link.

With a PE and headers the car would have more rasp than a lifelong marb menthol smoker!

Sounds good enough to me, wish there were more options for us lol headers + tune is the biggest gains we can get for our n52's sadly.

Nah, even at redline its a perfect blend of sound/rasp. It doesnt attract attention. The headers and PE however would be loud as shit even with secondary cats. I like a quieter exhast, and I'd have to add a resonator to the PE with headers.

Uploaded a short vid with my cell phone. Not the best, and I only rev to around 3700rpm since my neighbors are home. Video is editing on youtube to rotate it back normal. May take a few.

holy shit, this sounds perfect!

How much was install on the headers?

Fully catless but stock everything else? How are you going about the service engine soon light?

Thanks man!!

If I recall, the E90 N52 Stock muffler was VERY restrictive when I pulled it off. It had the shittiest looking piping I've ever seen on an exhaust. Take that shit off and get a magnaflow!

He shouldn't have one with the AA stage II off-road tune.

Install cost me 6 beers. 3 for me and 3 for my bud. 4 hours of work. Exhaust work cost me $60.

I do have one, but I had it before the install (bad o2 sensor). I need to get the code cleared and see if it returns.
