I'm not sure. I do know that if it is, you will have to pay the tax on it for your country. I know the UK is 17.5%. I'm not sure how much that is anywhere else. If you check your customs, I will check with my sources on monday (If the interest is serious). Thanks!!!

I just found out that anyone in the EU can purchase the car, but you have to pay the tax on it for your country, and the warrantee will no longer be valid.
