Still working on figuring out this sorry guys....

Good Day Ladies and Gents,

I have been receiving some requests to hold a final meet for the 2012 season, seems that i have been having some successful meets over the summer so I wish to thank you all to those that attended.

I am, at this time conducting a poll on suggested dates to hold the final meet.

Granted that it is getting colder i would like to hold this one on the weekend during the day however i will take any suggestions you may have.

To accomodate location i was considering hiway 7 and 400 area. lemme know. i have a few spots to accomodate people without traffic else parking lot underground...

I have my crew coming out there about 15 there please add your name of interest so i can determine spot.

Im in Greece until the 15th, so I am voting for October 20th! Would be cool to do it during the day, maybe go for dinner after? Wings nearby etc?

I agree that its better to do it during the day, as the evenings are getting colder...especially come late October.

I was hoping we could do it somewhere more central maybe? The Hwy 400 / Highway 7 area is a bit far for the guys in downtown and scarborough. I leave it up to the general consensus tho...

You serious.

People coming from Burlington to this spot. I think it is central enough for downtown and east end. Please look at the big picture and factor in west side as well (not just YOUR area)

Saturday's are generally no good for me at all, as I work at a dealership as a sales rep so Saturday is grind time, and I'm here every Saturday from 9am to 6pm no questions asked.

That being said, I will vote for the Friday as that is the only day I would even be able to attend...but I have a feeling I'll be the only one voting for that day LOL.

May I suggest a Sunday? It's still the weekend, so we can still do it during the day, and I only work every third Sunday so this would be a lot easier for me.

I'm not saying this strictly for my benefit; I'm sure there are other people here that work Saturdays too.

If it's not possible, it's not possible, but it never hurts to suggest!

I agree with putting up some Sunday dates instead of Fridays. But the poll can't be revised now.
