I have a brand new in the box BMW Performance suspension kit for an '07 sedan if you're interested. It's the one without springs so you'd still have to source those. PM me if you're interested.

I'm the same boat ! I need just the shocks for a OEM sport suspension (06 sedan), if the deal doesn't work out let me know...
Also, by any change someone knows the part numbers of this ? Thanks
