Pre lci ahl to lci ahl

Hi

In the process of doing a pre lci adaptive xenon headlights to lci adaptive xenon headlights retrofit on a e93.

The car used to have a frm1. Have now put in a frm3 max brose

Coded vin and default coded.
The car already has the options $522 and $524

However getting 3 errors

Brake light left faulty
Front left side light faulty
Front right side light faulty

The front right angel eyes no longer work and the adaptive headlights only work when turning left .

Also side indicators are not working however I believe this is because the wiring needs changing on the frm?

Any advice much appreciated

after moving frm1 to frm2 or frm3 adaptive headlight move only to one side when car is stationary
do not forget to modify time criteria before coding and prepare all other pars accoding this criteria
otherwise you'll need custom parameter coding

Hi

Not to sure what you mean by time criteria,
Are you refering to setting the vo date to 2008+ for the frm coding?

yes
this date should be equal to the date when newer parts went instead of the older or you can get some inconsistency in coding and operation

i did frm1 ahl to frm2 ahl
actually i tried to change frm1 ahl e90 e91 to frm3 ahl e92 e89 and my side turn indicators stopped to work
after that i returned frm3 and took frm2 ahl, coded it using sligtly bumped time criterium and everything went fine
when i retrofitted cic, i tried to code frm3 with 2009+ time criteria by mistake and my AHL headlight went crazy
after i coded them using 2007 03 critriea all started work as should be
