Basically it doesn't lock in place when i turn the car off. Its puts up a symbol of a steering wheel with a padlock on it, with a 1 inside the padlock. Mine went straight to red but most stay in yellow.
The dealer has to replace the steering column and re flash the software. From what i read most of cars that have this issue have the opposite of what happened to mine and the wheel won't unlock.. and the car won't start. I believe they changed the steering column lock mechanism in the 08+. If its not under warranty the steering column is $465 Tishcer BMW.

67k on my 08. Just swapped my plugs and continue to add some pieces (OCC just done and new intercooler sitting in my garage).

... I just got my 335i certified pre owned three weeks ago with 42k miles, and have already put 4,000 miles on it. My previous car was 4 years old and was approaching 100k miles. I'm hoping my 335i holds out for 100k+ without much issue.

I bought my 335 with 49,990 miles on it last october. Its coming up on its one year anniversary and its about to tick over 75,000. Damn commuting to college, and work.... and loving to drive it!

hi, I googled Highedt mileage 335. These have been out for a while now, who has the highest? I’m very curious. My understandinf these are very well built and take a LOT of miles! Mine has 84k, 2010.

I'm at 220.000 miles in my 335d E91 now. It's been optimized to 370 hp and 751 NM about 40.000 miles ago and is still running perfect. xHP Stage III as well and coilovers.

Why do some people post how low their mileage is on 335s here?

If you dont have over at least 100k (Which is peanuts) then why bother posting? High mile only tread folks

I've got an '08 E92. Bought it with 62,000 Oct of 2013, now have 207,000. Still runs strong.

Just bought an '09 E90 with 108,000. We'll see where that is in a few years.
