Hi,

This is my first post here, and I want to thank all of you helpfull guys for the useful info.

My car is a E90 manufactured on April 2008 (EU specs) without MOST bus.
I swapped my Business Head Unit (fitted from factory) for a used Professional one with a fiber optic connector at the back.
Sound quality is improved but now I'm not able to receive any software updates from BMW dealer, probably because the MOST ring is broken. Aux is also lost.

I need to disable MOST, but I read somewhere that I will need to put the Pro HU in a car with MOST in order to disable it or I need different equipment than a K+DCAN USB Cable and NCS-Expert.

I have been able to communicate with the RAD module via INPA (trying some tests) and I have also been able to change vehicle order adding option $663

I can’t read the 2RAD ecu getting this

I use a K+DCAN USB Cable, NCS-Expertentool V.3.1.0 and SP DATEN 50.2

QUESTION: How can I read the 2RAD module and disable MOST?

Install Standard Tools 2.12 and it will resolve your issue.

Try CODERIUNGINDEX_LESSEN after you select ECU and before you SG_CODIEREN.

This has worked for me before.
