They are going very well. There are 3 cars in house right now. 2 are torn down (turbos out, subframe dropped) and 1 is essentially done. We are using this opportunity to make sure our fixtures/jigs are 100%. So most of the time we are going back and forth between installing/removing/installing/removing parts. Here's a couple pics our production downpipe in its fabrication jig:




And there are other jigs for the manifold, oil drain assembly, hard coolant line, pre-intercooler pipe, etc,.



Luckily, we only need to do this work once. After that, we can start cranking out production kits for mail order.
