Need help determining invoice pricing for 2 configs

Hi all,

I need some help determining exact (or very near exact) invoice pricing for a couple BMW configs. The sites I use, Edmunds and TrueCar, don't seem to always take into account the overlap that some packages have. For example, Prem is $2,650. However, if I add on Nav, Prem drops to $2,100. I can't seem to get either site to build the exact config I am looking at, so determining invoice is a bit difficult.

Here is the car the dealer printed out for me, as it is available as a swap from another dealer.

BMW 335xi automatic 44,050
Deep Sea Blue 550
Cold Weather 1,000
Premium 2,100
Sport 1,350
18" wheel upgrade 600
Sport steering wheel with paddles 100
PDC 750
High Beams 250
Nav 2,150
Satellite 350
Smartphone integration 150
BMW Apps 250

This also includes heated steering wheel, Dark Burl Walnut, iPod/USB adapter, and Dakota leather, all of which are listed as N/C.

MSRP is listed (with Destination of 875) as: 54,525

My best guess on invoice (with Destination fee of 875) is: 50,095

The dealer also said there is maybe a 2-week window, at most, to still order an E90 from the South Africa plant. Now, if I remove High Beams (250) and PDC (750), and add in Harmon Kardon (875), I should get the following MSRP without anything else being added or dropped:

MSRP (with Destination of 875): 54,400

My best guess on invoice (with Destination fee of 875) is: 49,975

Do both of those invoices seem correct? I know, for example, that Edmunds lists invoices for BMWs as $200 lower than what TrueCar lists them as being. I think that's due to the ad fee. I'm not sure if my guesses on the invoices above take into account that $200 fee.

Nevertheless, I'm thinking of going $500 above invoice for either car and making that my offer.

Thanks!
