255/35/18 vs 245/40/18

I have a 2010 328i from factory came with 225/40/18 front and 255/35/18 rears. Today I got 2, 245/40/18 Michelin pilot supper sport at a very good price. If I put them on would it change any thing drastically?

Thanks

On the front wheels? They should probably work fine, but you're starting to push it. The largest I've seen on 9" fronts are 255.

If you're talking about running these on the rear wheels, you'll have no problems whatsoever. On my wheels I run 235 front, 275 rear.
