Does your 320i sound like a diesel at tick over and do you have any sound insulation under the bonnet?

Yes it does sound a little rough on tick over, and I have checked there is no insulation under the bonnet.

Thanks for checking, it would be interesting to know whether any E92/93 have the sound insulation, I wonder if its a BMW plot to make the petrols' noisier so the diesels' don't sound worse
