Ok, so we've done this in th past once and let me tell ya it was a sick day! Im setting it all up again with the organizers to do it again this year as a team package so check it:

tickets:

Paypal me or give me cash for tickets before the cutoff date. I will not buy anyones ticket without payment in hand no matter what!!!!

you get:

1. Preferred parking inside the speedjam weekend show car exhibition area to show off your ride with a bunch of car clubs.

2. A paddock pass into the Pits! see the action while 3 races are going on all day.

3. A scheduled track roll with your car on the homestead track at a later date included in the ticket price!!

We have to all enter at once as a BMW car club so everybody that joins must meet up and roll there simultaneously....Those that commit have to obviously pay first then i bring the tickets that day...they send them all to my house in a big pack with all the paperwork for everyone...

Additional tickets can be bought for passengers of course.

We will meet up Saturday March 29th in the parking lot at FIU Campus to roll from there at 10:30 am we have to get there by noon for setup and distribution of the pit passes etc.

I will update with further details and pricing as soon as I get the info package in the mail but we should start planning this now in advance.

if you check the tickets for the speedjam weekend their 65 bucks for a regular setup at the stands.. hells nooo

last year we got 40 a head for car club members, we got am even better discount this time...


Admission tickets for the team entry is $30.00

Includes: Entry to the speedjam weekend 3 races
Paddock pass to the pits.
Corral parking inside the modified car exhibition area
Track lap with your ride at a later predetermined date

Cutoff date for ticket purchase is the 14th of march

Ok, I need another day to finalize payment arrangements, i think I figured a way so that each of you can just call direct and take care of it and all you have to do is mention its for the

SOFLA EURO TEAM so that they jog you into the proper space

and then they will send the full package to me closer to the date, then that day we meet in the predetermined meeting spot before rolling to homestead and i give everyone everything they need.....

once I give out the info, then each has to post here that they paid so i can take it into account and make sure they send them all...whoever pays and doesnt post that they did will create confusion... if you have a passenger then you just buy 2 team tickets and they get a pit pass and admission as well etc.


tomorow the info goes up and the clock starts ticking till the march 14th cut off date so get your tickets fast before the VIP parking fills up

Well...Houston we gotta problem...

I was misled by the organizer and the first year was less than 30 bucks a head for the full package....Second year turned out to be 40 for the full package and both years there was just 2 breakdown in teh price...example last year was 40 for the admission/paddock pass and VIP parking and for 70 a head it included, vip area entrance and food included and a T shirt...

This year there's 3 breakdowns and they failed to mention that when we set it all up and it wasnt the advertised price either since december...I was exited cuz $30 a head was a nice discount...well it turns out that they failed to mention that the damn paddock pass wont be included...LAME...its $55 a head with that pass so I'm fighting with them to work it out as we have interest and they need to bend over and don't be so damn greedy...lololol

I'm working on it

I'll keep you posted what I accomplish by monday if anything
