Right.......i just got of the phone to BMW CS, they told me that my september build will have a few changes, such as the centre dash change, the grills and a few other things. They told me the new shape lights and LEDs are NOT for the september build.

They told me the september build is NOT A FACELIFT....no body changes will be done this year. The facelift thy say will be at least another year or 2!! The changes in september are just miner 'updates'.

Now i just have to wonder what changes exactly my new m3 will have....

As I have said. Facelift will come in March 2010

Your car is MY 2010? I can check what are the changes.

So about the mirros, it is not BMW, but the EU regulations, all cars (not only BMW) are going to get bigger ones if they don't already have. About, the perforated steering-wheel is the M-package one.
To see from the pics, what I do not like is that the angel-eyes are not like those of the 5 GT, pure white, all 4 rings equally bright. But maybe it will change. If not I am pretty sure the M-package, will be different from the current one, and that this E92/93 LCI will at last get the Performance parts, it means the new grill frame in black gloss, new front and rear bumper without fog lights for the front one, new side skirts and a new carbon diffusor. But what I would like to know is if they will do the same thing as the previous gen E46 or not: will the M3 get the new headlights an the new grill or stay as it is in front?

I think the most obvious change from Sept was the new air con panel (which is visible in these LCI pictures as well).

They should officially announce 2010 E92/E93 changes sometime this week. Can't wait to see it!

So why wait 6 more months to release the other changes?

I believe all these changes will be unveiled in Sept production vehicles...

The "updated" car will also be at the Frankfurt auto show in September.
