I think you're jumping to conclusions about what I do and what my intentions and capabilities are. ok, fine. I get that it's easy to do that on a msg forum.

yea, my friends in NY tend to all go skiing in VT...Stratton and once in a while Killington. Sure they aren't huge mtns like Tahoe and Mammoth, but they are so much closer. I hate going to Mammoth because it's so freaking far. Anyhow, all good on the snow sports. I have skiied and snowboarded since I was 6.

i was just there last week, don't know what you're talking about. were you stuck on the subway the whole time in NY? never been to DC but when you think DC you think of crime and politics, not hotties.
Dc has not hotties at all, except if your talking about the georgetown area which is very nice.

Its easy (and don't take it personally pls) because you have covered everything from what to wear (NY vs. LA), your personal interests etc. and have asked for peoples opinions on the most basic of subjects, including a guy who thought New Jersey was a good proxy for describing NYC.

Just watch one episode of the Housewife of New York, then you will know why.

Ed,

I say make the move to NYC, you can always move back if you wanted to. If you don't make the move, you'll wake up every morning thinking 'what if...?'

Also, I think you should keep your job and just transfer over to the NYC offices, as long as there's no problem with your book of biz during the transition.

Do it now, or you might regret it later on!
