I never said that I get maxed fuel trims with the flash, I sent my DME off to get flashed to get rid of the maxed fuel trims. Not sure why you went that direction. I love how you are attempting to come off so knowledgeable and make these huge assumptions without knowing a single fact about how my car is running. My car is running poorly or unhappy? Nope. I log my car all the time, the motor is completely happy running the maps I am. Zero timing drops and good AFR's, just maxing fuel trims in spots which again is a product of having an unlucky DME version that doesn't have the average fuel trim ceiling. |

Talked to the guys at Vishnu, they want to check and see if my o2 sensors might be screwed before they say just flash it, because hitting the fuel trims at my mods and 15psi doesn't make sense.
They said they'd check the logs I sent and get back to me today... |

If the O2's are bad, they're both bad. Both sides lean out simultaneously and have the same AFR curve. So I don't think its that. Still waiting for them to get back with me though, I'll call them back tomorrow...

Then they'll tell you it's injectors. I'm having similar issues and losing patience with Vishnu...

However, I don't think this jives with the second log file where both fuel trims are hard maxed through the entire midrange, at 15psi. And the afr curve is identical between bank 1 and bank 2 in the 15psi pull. So if one of them is bad, both are bad. And I'm not sure I buy that. Anyone else see that logic? |

I don't buy it. Also at 27K miles, that is highly unlikely of course. I did a search and saw several people with trims touching 34% with nothing but the aggressive maps. It doesn't seem that odd or rare.
My car runs perfect, but I hit the max fuel trims too at 15psi. To back that up, I hit the max fuel on my previous JB4 as well way early. I still think that some cars are prone to hitting the fuel limit early. |

It's not the O2 sensors. It's not the hardware. I'm currently diagnosing a similar issue thoroughly. I'll post some details if I figure anything out.

I'd say try out that cobb to see if you see any difference, they do offer a free trial correct? If so, and you see the same problems, you could always send it back

I did exactly that. The car runs perfectly on Cobb. I love the Cobb but I still like some of the Procede's features (map switching, meth integration, etc.) so I am going to get to the bottom of this.

It's hard to jump to that conclusion when Shiv continues to insist that it's a hardware issue. Also, there's the issue of spending more money on something that may or may not fix the problem (and may even introduce more bugs), not to mention being car-less for 2 weeks waiting for the DME to come back.

Might be a silly question but I can put the procede in map0 and then install the Cobb (probably S2+FMIC Aggressive, yea?) and then log with the procede? That way the logs are in the same format and directly comparable, and the procede doesn't do anything in map0?
Just checking. I will go pick up a Cobb AP on Friday if this is the case, there's a Cobb shop 10 miles from me. |

OP how much e85 are you running? If you dont run e85 is not possible to max them like that.

I too was maxing out my trims at 14.5 psi on the procede stage 1 map even with OL set to 100 on 91 pump gas. The procedeflash solved my trims maxing out.

than there is something wrong with those maps. I would go back to older map and test.

Seems like its a possibility! I was out tonight and did some logging on my car and its seems like the fuel trims are maxing out as well. I'm going to try older maps to see if there's still an issue. Otherwise, I guess I need to get a flash!
