Modern furniture online?

Can you post some sites that have a large sorting of modern furniture?

Unfortunately that's the way of it when buying contemporary furniture. The good stuff is painfully expensive.

Contemporary furniture? That's the only furniture I buy; it's expensive furniture but so worth it and my house doesn't look cluttered.

aint that the truth. I took me forever to find decent contemporary furniture for a half-way decent price. SHITS EXPENSIVE.

I dunno if they're national but Dolnicks and House of Denmark are worth looking at. That's where I buy most of my furniture from.

+1 West Elm, they are the place to go for "loft type" furniture which is generally considered modern

Pottery barn has some good stuff too

Besides the folks at the nursing home charity events, you're the only one who gets my lame, deadpan humor.

la-z-boy is overpriced shit; we have a $5k fucking sectional that completely sucks and we hate it. Does NOT hold up well. Build quality is crap.

Costco has good furniture deals fyi; though a limited selection.

And, smoking pole, while great, has nothing to do with shopping at west elm/etc.

Room and board has some nice stuff too.

But yes, real mid-century modern furniture is quite pricey. I bought a couple barcelona chairs a month or so back. They look awesome, but jesus I'm afraid to sit on them. LOL.

One of my least favorite retailers on the planet, from personal experience.
