anyone have a set of oem 18" runflats kicking around? leasing ending soon and bmw wants the tires. i have the wear and tear pkg so the tires can be garbage. i also have a bunch of stuff for sale.

new guy from red deer, just picked up an 09 335i 6mt sedan alpine white with coral red interior. also have an 09 jeep srt8 thats twin turbo'd and a 02 cavalier that makes 700hp on pump gas thanks to a GT3582R turbo


jehad, i have the bridgestone runflats that i took off to put on my 18" winter tires if that helps you out, theyre strictly summer tires if it matters.

Calgary here. Picking up my "new to me" 2011 323i this afternoon. Figured I would dip my toes in the BMW club with a previously enjoyed version before dropping the full coin on a brand new one.

I hear you! I'm going to be one of the few fools out there today. I've got to get up to the North end of the city and Cochrane to check out a few showhomes that are nearing completion (I work for a home builder).

I couldn't resist and had to take the toy out to drive around a bit... and nearly got rear ended!

Was going up 16th Ave and had to stop for a much older bmw broken down on the side of the road. I came to a stop and I cringed when I heard screeching tires behind me and some kidlet in a neon has the "deer in the headlights" look and I pretty much see his foot sticking through the rad trying to stop.

Fortunately no impact so I carried on. That would have been a very bad start to my BMW relationship to have a fender bender on day 2.

Yikes! Glad to hear there was no impact. All I've had to deal with today is a low battery warning all day, despite having driven to Cochrane, Evansridge and then down to DeWinton and then back to the SW.

That's some getting around you did there. I made it out of hibernation for a few hours on Saturday to run some errands, but other than that I was holed up at home, keeping warm!

Some people swear by them, others seem to think they can have a bit of a stand-offish nature.
For my part, I'll happily use them as my dealings have always been good with them in general, but I tend to work specifically with one individual there (Mark Lacey).

So I just got a new used tranny in my car because a spring in my valve body seized up, long story short I asked the place to get my old tranny back and their saying I have to pay a core charge... How legit does that sound?? They NEVER mentioned it to me in the beginning either... I would not recommend this shop at all just a bunch of greedy people... Not just that, their communication was terrible I would be the one calling them to see what is going.

I do, in the Signal Hill area...for now at least. I lived in Marda Loop for 9th years and sold my condo. Im building a new place in the NW burbs (Evansridge) but am back home with the parents until it is done.

I'll be sure to wave if I see either of you, be sure to do the same if you see a space grey 335is coupe.
