ICHIBA USA wheel 5 mm spacers and bolts kits. I bought them becasue after installed the KW V2, I need at 5mm spacer in order to run my OEM 230's. Only used for less then 50 miles. Driving from the shops to Home Now I am don't need them with my DPE. Got them for $60 + tax + shipping, and now selling all (2 spacers + 10 extended bolts ) for $35 shipped within Northern America.
