Unfortunately, I don't have any updates But I do have plans for the summer. I'm gonna be living in Prague between January and June, so I've been preoccupied with preparations and whatnot. However, I was actually offered a sponsorship on a set of wheels (don't want to say from which company just yet, in case I don't accept the offer ), on contingency that I complete a couple certain mods. Wish I could just get on with my plans but things will have to wait a little bit longer. Can't wait to update you guys as soon as possible!

Cool, keep us posted. Take your time and do it right!

ps - I meant to say "Arktis Blau". I think Arktis Bleu is some kind of cheese made from Polar Bear milk. Although, I think in your case it's just Arktis Metallic anyway. sigh.

Those Headlights look Awesome.

Did you just remove the amber corner? Or did you do more to them?

Thanks.

*Update*

Well, I apologize it's been a while e90post! I've been away in Europe for some time and have been visiting for a week. Upon arrival, I find out that my beloved 330i had been damaged while in my driveway (I'll update with pictures of the damage soon) I figured instead of respraying, only to wait for the next time a scratch or whatnot to occur, I jump on the opportunity to wrap my car. I chose Vvivid's XPO series Matte Pearl Blue. I hope I can pull the color off; wondering if my car is not aggressive enough :/

I will be leaving again for Europe tomorrow, so my plans will hopefully materialize by the time I return in June. Hopefully, in the meantime, I can source good deals on unpainted body panels, such as an M3 rep front bumper, M3 rep hood, etc., and maybe even pull the trigger on a quad exhaust setup.

I have a set of baby blue intake scoops in the mail
Decided to go with a brand called AVT Innovations. I couldn't find anything about them on here and decided to give them a shot! Their team was a pleasure to deal with and I ordered one immediately. Can't wait to get them and I'll keep you updated

AVT Innovations Intake Scoops: Review

I was in the market for a new set of intake scoops and came across a set offered by a company called AVT Innovations. I couldn’t find anything about them but I decided to give them a shot as they were cheap at only $50 shipped, and painted in the color I was looking for. I opted for the LSB-esque Ford Blue and it looks fantastic. I was going to paint whichever scoops I ordered in this exact same color so it was great that they did it for me at no extra charge. The AVT staff was a pleasure to deal with and responded to each of my many inquiries within just an hour. They shipped the scoops the very same day and sent me my tracking number by email. I received my scoops about 3 days later, and considering they were shipped coast to coast, from Washington to New Jersey, that’s not bad at all!
I installed the scoops that day, and the instal was so easy. I’m by no means an expert with the wrench; I had to unscrew 4 bolts, rest the scoops, and simply re-bolt. Took 10 minutes and no modifications necessary. When I positioned the scoops, they didn’t seem like they were going to fit, but as soon as I re-bolted the screws, the scoops magically aligned perfectly.
I’ve driven approximately 350 miles with the scoops and am overall very satisfied. I honestly wasn’t expecting a power upgrade with these, as nobody really does with intake scoops; nonetheless, it seemed like the car pulled a tad harder at higher RPMs, but that could be chalked up to a placebo affect. However, while I really wasn’t expecting an increase in engine noise, I think the engine is a tad louder, in a very good way. Perhaps that is what causes the potential placebo affect, if the increase in noise isn’t in it of itself a placebo Overall, I am satisfied I’d like to post some pictures, but my iPhone really is not capturing the scoops well. I’m going to wait until a buddy comes over with his DSLR.

Hi I'm very interested in what you did to cover the driver side arm rest trim. My 2007 335i driver door grab had been peeling off like crazy, how did you cover it? Thanks

I sent you a PM about them like an hour ago, since you mentioned to me that you were looking for blue and white
I'll let you know how they are in a couple days.

Haha no worries. I searched for some of these after you mentioned them. They took less than 24 hours to arrive to my home However, the seller currently only offers this color in 82mm (only for the front), so he's currently trying to source the 73mm roundels and will get back to me. The seller is coast2coastnj on eBay. Very honest guy and was pleasant to work with. PM me for more info and I can link you to him. Otherwise feel free to wait and see how they fit and hold up on my car and if he finds the 73mm emblems.

Edit: Coast2coastnj just messaged me saying he sourced the 73mm roundels for our trunks.

EZ Lip

Well, love it or hate it, I decided to get a few EZ Lips. I've been getting some scrapes on the underside of my bumper, and these were cheap enough that I decided to try out. Hopefully, they absorb the shock and protect against scrapes and stress marks. I'll have a review up for you guys after I install them. Not sure when that'll be though.

Update: Finished wrapping interior trim in suede

Well, I finished wrapping my interior trim with suede. Finished it off with an orange starter button surround. I just had a small piece of orange vinyl lying around. Will probably end up rewrapping it in satin blue, along with my car. Opinions welcome
