No additional parts were needed for the install.

Just installed JGmods front, JGmods rear, OEM IS diffuser, and OEM Mtech sides. I installed the JGmods lower grill but with OEM fog light holder with oil cooler cut out (part is 5 bucks from tischer). See pics below. Fit is great. Everything lines up on my car. Small black item in lower center grill is front camera.

Buy this bumper with confidence that it will fit great. Add the OEM fog light holder or just cut the one from JGmods.

I had to remove the oil cooler shroud rubber gasket that sealed to the front of the regular bumper. It just comes right off the shroud. The shroud/ducting stays in place and is NOT removed. I only removed the small rubber piece. Its a piece of rubber and was about 4 inches wide and 3/4in thick. Once that was popped off it just went right on.

Try and figure out what/where its not fitting and address that area. I would look at the oil cooler shroud area and figure out if there is something going on there. Thats the only place where I could imagine there could be a problem.

Oh yeah, I remember you posted that before. I'll try that when I get home. I look right at that piece last night to, lol. Thanks!

Overall mine fit great. But it was a little too tight with that little piece on there. It was the bottom one on my ducting. The side one was able to stay on.

I removed the passenger side fender liner to better see what was holding me up. You might could try just moving the oil cooler ducting around by like 1/4 inch to get your clearance or by loosening the bolts on the oil cooler and moving it around since the ducting is attached to the cooler.

Last but not least you could test fit it by removing the passenger side fog light and brackets and see if it then fits. If it does then you know for sure its related to that and you can plan your course of action.

But overall once I removed that rubber seal the bumper fit 99.9%. Next time I have my bumper off (new grills, headlight restoration front camera wire rerouting and secondary oil cooler addition), I am going to try moving around the factory oil cooler by loosening the bolts. Then try and see if I can get that rubber seal back on. I have a feeling I probably can. It was that close on my car.

This work perfectly, it was the oil cooler duct! I just have to re-adjust the oil cooler duct lower. After that, it fit like a glove . It can fit with the rubber seal also. Thanks a lot!

Cool..

How did you adjust it lower? Did you just loosen it and move it? Or did it just flex down?

I loosen the three oil cooler bolts (didn't have too), but since it's just plastic it'll flex. Something just told me to try it before I finish removing the oil cooler. My stock tow hook doesn't fit good so I might take it off and throw on a tow hook.

As far as I know, JGMods is the only vendor that is offering a Polyurethane MTech replica front bumper at the present time. I'm sure that all vendors will be offering this product in the near future. I have seen a few fiberglass replicas (gross) but this was the first polyurethane, replica bumper that I have found.

Let me start off by saying that I have no affiliation with JGMods and this is the first product that I have ordered from them. The bumper was very well packed and contained all of the necessary parts for the install.

The kit included the bumper, all three lower grilles, fog lights, bulbs, fog light mounting bracket, headlight washer covers, two hook covers, and a euro plate mount which found it's way to the trash.

A few parts needed to be transferred from the oem bumper to the new bumper including kidney grilles, the metal bumper guide, and screw hole mounts (lack of correct term).

The grilles all lined up and snapped in with ease. Fitment was perfect on all lower grilles. I initially installed the fog lights before realizing that the solid rectangular portion of the fog light housing wouldn't allow any air flow to the oil cooler, brake ducts, or my Stett CAI. Due to this, I have temporarily removed the fog lights until I come up with a better solution. I may take a dremel and cut out the rectangular portion or I may explore other options including fog delete and 335is ducts.

Another noteworthy finding is that the fog light bulb is an H11 where the OEM bulb (for my car) is an H8. I was hoping to swap over my aftermarket fog bulbs but was unable to do so.

Your existing tow hook cover and headlight washer cover is not a good fit for this bumper which is why my tow hook cover is missing in the photos. The headlight washer covers included are for those who actually have headlight washers. I do not have headlight washers so I had to use the existing covers which are a slightly loose.

The fitment of the bumper itself is pretty good for the most part. I have a slight gap difference between the headlights and grilles. This will probably just take a minor tweak to get this right. GAP UPDATE IN POST 8. GAP WAS MY FAULT, NOT JGMODS!!The bumper lined up perfectly with the fenders and the gap is equal from side to side.

The screw holes that attach the bottom of the bumper to the splash shield were well aligned with the exception of one which was off. This could be one of the reasons that when you by from Tischer, they include a separate splash shield to fit the MTech bumper.

Overall, I am very pleased with this replica bumper from JGMods. One thing that I love is no more side bumper reflectors . The increased air flow to the FMIC and intake filter should help the car be a bit more responsive as well.

Let me know if you have any other questions for me.

Yours came with bulbs?!

Yep, I have an e92. Fitment was spot on. I have installed both M3 and M Sport bumpers. Both are great and fit good. Wasn't able to install the ducts M3 bumper with the ducts, but the oil cooler and brakes still get air. It's all in which bumper you like most.

This is a bit of a long shot, but I believe I have the same bumper on my car, which was installed by the previous owner. It looks great, but I've somehow lost my front tow hook cover. I ordered an OE one thinking the fitment would be close, but OE is much smaller. Any ideas where I can get a new front tow hook cover?

Make sure you order the tow hook cover for the MSport bumper. It is a different size from the OEM bumper.

Thanks for the reply. I've reached out to JG Mods twice, however I've not heard from them. Does anyone have a phone number from an order they had placed, or an email address at least?
