18 inch wheels on 335 xi
I am going to make my 2008 335 xi square and run front OEM 162 style rims. 18x8 34 mm offset on all 4 tires. Stock tires are 225/40/18. Can I run 235/40/18 or 245/40/18 without rubbing or having any problems?
For your guide the stock tires are 25.09 wide 235 are 25.4 for a 1.24% difference in diameter or .315 inches 245 are 25.72 for a 2.449% difference in diameter or .63 inches Last edited by monkster68; 04-29-2009 at 09:18 AM.. Reason: adding info |

235/40/18 would be a perfect square setup with an 18x8 +34 offset. 245's are a bit wide for a 245 tire and may look slightly bulgy on the sidewalls.
