PE with quads step in
Hey, guys, looking for the next thing to do with the car and entertaining the idea of going quads with DD diffuser. I currently have PE with DPs and sec cat delete with 4" single tips. Those who switched to quad, did you sound changed? I love the gurgle and popping so would like to keep it. If I loose that than might be just getting a DD diffuser for the single tips.( tried the search but no dedicated theread, just single posts here and there). Thank you.

The sound will change. On my last 335, I switched to quad tips on the stock exhaust and it got a lot deeper. I actually didn't like it.

When I first welded on the quad tips, the note changed dramatically. It sounded a lot worse.
After ~5000km, the note came back and sounds even better than before. Not sure why this happened but I am in love with the PE again. |
