digging the color!

and hilariously well picked spot to take pics. Those people getting owned by 20% interest rates probably felt even more sad.

Hey man, by the way what color would you recommend for the calipers and hubs? Besides these blue AG 310s I also have ICONZ 960s for the summer. They have gloss black centers with chrome lips. So being I have two different sets of wheels in different colors, what caliper/hub color would you go with?

Black on the hubs for sure, and as far as the calipers I wouldn't want to take away from the blue wheels since that is a pretty unique eye catching color so I would say either black calipers or grey/silver. Red would look weird against the blue (although it might look nice against the black), yellow wouldn't really match anything and blue would probably take away from the wheels (since it probably wouldn't match and there would be no contrast). Personally id go grey or silver. Otherwise lookin good my man!

Thanks for the compliment. I was hoping it wouldnt be too over the top. I didnt want to turn a nice BMW into a "ricer" lol. I think it came out good with the blue wheels. Now Im just waiting on the spacers for the front which it desperately needs...

Honestly I dont know the name of the color. I went to the powder coater and first I picked candy blue. But it was just too bright. So they showed me this color which was a custom color they made. It has a black chrome base coat. Then 2 coats of candy blue. The second coat of candy blue was to darken the color a bit. Thank you for the compliments.

There was actually a few colors I was looking at. Purple, red, different blues. I saw a few alpine white 335i's on this forum with powder coated red wheels and I thought they looked nice, but just a bit too much for me. I first noticed a similar blue to the color I got from the VMR midnight blue color. Its different but not screaming at you. So Im happy with it. What color are you thinking about doing?

Well I just recently acquired these bad boys and love the color! But I was leaning toward a blue like yours maybe a little bit lighter or a gunmetal. Ahhhh decisions decisions! lol

Wow, your car looks sick man. What a clean car. I love the black on black. Super shiny. LOL Yeah it looks good as is. But a color similar to what I have would look cool on there too. it would break it up a little bit. But Im loving your car as it sits.

haha Your right. I need someone that knows how to take pictures lol. Also waiting for my friend to give me the center caps. I didnt realize how ugly and rusty the calipers and rotors were until I put these wheels on. I might have to do something about that also.
