F30 Brakes

Does anyone know if F30 brakes would fit on an E90? I searched but it doesn't seem like anyone has answered this for sure

hubs are not same size
F30 calipers may be used, with some genius retrofit
will need big brake clearance-most 17/18" wheels wouldnt clear them.
if you decide to plunge and try making them work, do post pics and how to.
