E90 Suspension problem?

Threw on Koni Yellows and H&R Springs roughly 6 months ago..
Drove my E90 through the Canadian winter with no problems, but lately been noticing very heavy creaking noises from the suspension.

Friends have told me its the lubricant in my set, i'm not too sure..
Also, thinking about purchasing a whole new set of springs/shocks for the new year.. any suggestions?

-Thanks, Mike

At least try the lube first, before you drop the money on new shocks and struts. Also check other suspension components, like endlinks and bushings.

As long as the car still rides well (other than the noise), chances are you don't need new springs/shocks.

To fix this problem, I would have to take out the suspension kit and reapply lubricant that's what i'm assuming?
