I was gonna run a 7mm TAP through it and see what happens you think i might need to helicoil or time-sert it?

I cant tell unless I really looked at it up close, Just depends on how damaged they became when removing that stud

Great job! I've never had it this bad, the worst i've ever had it was a broken spark plug inside my old Saturn. I was freaking out!
