09 328 coupe m sport w/ 40k for $27,xxx
Hello Guys! Can you guys help me with this? i would like to offert 23k for it, what you guys think? keep in mind i didnt speak to any sales rep yet, but this tuesday im going for a test drive if its not sold. thanks for your input

That is a very good looking car! I doubt you'll be able to get it for $23k. Can't possibly see it going for less than $25,500 since it seems to have premium as well. Even that price is a push... good luck though! you just never know ;-)

update: listen you have your car for 30k after taxes right? this is unbelievable cause in my area they have a 328 m sport package for almost $3k less ($27xxx) before TTL and 40xxx+ miles on it

It's always good to have someone not attached to the car along with you in case they pick up anything. As far as a full ppi, that's your call. Is the dealership a BMW dealership? If it is, you can have a little more peace of mind without it. Take her for a proper final test drive before deciding on delivery though.

no its an acura dealer they have something thats called Q Certified that comes with the car.

Definitely get a ppi, these cars are not cheap to repair out of warranty and that will be fairly shortly.
