Fault Codes 10940 / 12544

I've had the procede rev 2 installed since June and never threw a code. I've probably logged about 3,000 miles. It is now throwing 10940 charging preasure sensor, electrical and 12544 boost pressure control, deactivation. I understand the 12544 boost pressure limp mode is a result of the other code. But does anyone know what is causing 10940? I would think if there was a connector problem during procede install, I would have had a problem before now.

I'm running the most recent stage 1 map and firmware. The problem started last week running the earlier version of stage 1 map and firmware. I updated it the other day, but problem still persists. Limping around these days.

The car stopped throwing codes for about 1 week. Now, all of a sudden the same codes are back.

The only change that I can think triggered it is the weather. It was very rainy here a couple weeks ago when I first got the codes. The problem persisted for 1 week. I did go into the box last week and check everything. It was dry inside, the cover was secured properly, etc. I was going to remove the tune, but decided to leave it in. All this week until last night the weather was dry and I threw no codes. No it's raining and I got limp mode this am when I left for work.

Any ideas?

If these codes started happening after 3000 miles of driving, I'd say that there is a hardware related issue somewhere. And it seems to be localized to your TMAP sensor. It could be bad or the connection could be loose. Did you every have a SSTT or a JB+ installed?

Shiv,
Thanks for your reply. I have never had an SSTT or JB installed. Procede was the only mod I've ever done + dual cone intake.

In that case, I'd clear the code, remove the PROcede and drive around until it gets thrown again. Then take it into the dealership. They will probably replace the TMAP sensor.

Seems like sound advice. That was my next approach. I just wanted to be sure it wasn't PROcede / PROcede installation problem.

Unlikely. If something was installed wrong, it wouldn't take 3000 miles to show up. And it would show many more codes than just one. Should be an easy fix.

Cheers,
