Extending DAB Radio Cables

Hi Guys
Does anyone know what type of cables I need to extend from my existing DAB radio module in the rear of the car upto the front ?
I'm retrofitting CIC Nav which has DAB built into it.
I know they are Fakra cables but unsure if I need male/male female/male connections.
