Interested in 2007 335i with 95,000 miles

I found a 2007 335i that I really like. It was a lease car and then purchased as CPO. The dealership told me it had it's 100,000 mile service done before the warranty was up. Here's the CarFax with all of the service done which looks like it's been taken care of. What do you guys think? What would I need to do to get it in shape for another 100,000 miles and how much would it cost?

Turbo's would be the main issue if they havent been changed yet, also has the water pump been changed? The HPFP is covered until 120k so thats ok for now

The water pump was replaced at 81,000 miles. Is there any other general maintenance I would need to do? I've owned a couple other BMWs, but never with this many miles and I didn't need to do any real service on them. How long do the turbos usually last?

Only thing to really keep an eye for is our turbos but I believe they have extended warranty. I could be wrong.

Just a FYI, turbo only covers to 82,000 miles I think. I'd look for a lower mileage car, just so you might be able to take advantage of a new turbo warranty.
