this is the same as the M-Tech suspension. so if you have the sport package, you dont need this.

I do not think we know this. The info in the catalog suggests that the performance suspension package is distinct from both the regular sports suspension and the M-sport suspension. I was surprised by this.

It does add an interesting alternative option to piecing together bits from aftermarket suppliers (e.g., H&R sway bars, Bilstein coilovers, etc.). The advantage is that it is a comprehensive tuned package, and carries factory warranty. I just wish it had an EDC damper option like the M3.

i hope it will be different. according to a few translations ive seen its says its lower then the m-sports suspension, or is m-tech the same as m-sports?

The shorter and new co-ordinated coil springs cause a vehicle sinking in the comparison to the m-Sportfahrwerk (m-Sports suspension)

BMW performance suspension:

so 450 eur

BMW M Sports suspension:

price is not listed in etk but its 370 eur in Germany.

for bot kits you have to order some other part depending on what kind of suspension you have. for example:

E90's up to 06/2006 with Sport Suspension (S226A=Yes) must also order 2 front guide supports (31306775098).

E90's up to 06/2006 without Sport Suspension (S226A=No) must also order rear stabilizer (33556764426), front stabilizer (31356766288), 2 front guide supports (31306775098), and new springs.

E90's from 06/2006 without Sport Suspension (S226A=No) must also order rear stabilizer (33556764426), front stabilizer (31356766288), and new springs.

E90's from 06/2006 with Sport Suspension (S22A=Yes) require no additional parts.

My April '07 build Canadian spec. 323i with Sport package had the suspension option code as 704. At the time of ordering I questioned this and was told it was an internal numbering change only from the previous 226 code.
