Door open warning
I keep getting a drivers door open warning when out on a 30 min plus journey. Door is locked shut when I set off and it takes some time before it warns me.
It does'nt seem to be triggered by Surrey pot holes etc. then keeps reminding me after a few mins. The interior light doesnt come on. Dealer was useless and said nothing found on computer! Is there a sensor in the lock mechanism that needs adjusting? |

Does the display indicate which door is open? Mine does.

Arrrggghhh I must learn to read LOL!
I would say there has to be a problem with the door latch unit itself - there will be a microswitch inside that tells the car when the door is open.....this has to be faulty. |
